Our Founder
Lupus Enterprises was founded by Lars Wolfs, a consultant with a background in Business Management and Strategic Entrepreneurship. Lars combines academic insight with hands-on operational experience in high-growth startup environments.
Before launching Lupus Enterprises, Lars served as Operations Manager for the Dutch division of one of France’s leading food tech startups. In this role, he developed national operational systems, oversaw partner onboarding, and led market adaptation strategies in both the Netherlands and Belgium.
Alongside his consulting work, Lars is also the co-founder of a Geneva-based photography agency, OhMy Photography, which connects photographers with brands and creatives across Europe. He has managed international expansion into the Netherlands and UK, and led legal structure, financial planning, and business development for projects in Switzerland.
Through these combined experiences, Lars brings a structured, practical approach to early-stage business development - helping startups clarify direction, build strong foundations, and scale across borders. His work is shaped by a clear understanding of how companies grow - and what can hold them back.
